Abstract

The Order for payment procedure has established itself as one of the most important tools for justice in labor litigation. However, there are practical imbalance that call for a correct theoretical meditation with the objective of proposing improvements and interpretation criteria according to the best for order for payment procedure technique. In addition, this paper makes and analysis and a proposal to the role of the judge in this type of proceedings.
