Abstract

When asked some months ago if I would be willing to give the keynote address at the 2005 RBMS Preconference on the topic of education and special collections, I was both delighted and dismayed. The good news was that I would have a chance to sound off a bit about my most favorite and least favorite practices in the realm of special collections.
