Abstract

New dimethyl benzoylcarbonohydrazonodithioates were obtained by CS 2 addition to arylcarboxylic acid hydrazides and methylation of the formed adduct. The new derivatives were tested for their activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Some compounds exhibited high activity toward sensitive and resistant strains.
