La autora hace un análisis histórico de la Educación terciaria en Uruguay a través de los logros y reveses de sus legislaciones. Presenta informaciones generales acerca del sistema, los lineamientos generales de las reformas y los principales desafíos de la Es uruguaya.The author makes a historical analysis of tertiary education in Uruguay through the achievements and setbacks of its legislation. She presents general information about the system, the general framework of reforms and the major challenges faced by Uruguayan higher education.
