Abstract

In this study, first, the relational model between logistics information capability, distribution capability, flexibility capability and the service quality, the response and the financial performance of supply chain is build. Then the model was examined by structure equation modeling. The result shows that logistics information capability does not have direct impact on the performance of supply chain, but have impact on the service quality of supply chain and financial performance through the influencing distribution capability and flexibility capability. Moreover, through influencing distribution capability, logistics information capability can have strong impact on the response of supply chain.
