Abstract
This article is based on the analysis of the relationship between ethics and technology in Latin America, emphasizing the importance of the responsible use of technology and citizen participation in its development and regulation. The objective is to reflect on how we can promote a responsible and transformative use of technology in Latin America, considering ethical aspects, digital inclusion and citizen participation. Furthermore, it cannot be ignored that the world has changed and that technology has profoundly transformed our society. Therefore, it is relevant to address issues such as the connection between ethics and technology, digital inclusion and citizen participation, and ethical challenges in the use of technology. In relation to the exposed problematic, it is finally necessary to address these challenges and use technology in a critical, responsible and social transformation oriented way.
