The objective of the work is to generate the end-effector trajectory for movement and to validate the same by using DH parameter. The trajectory with point to point uninterruptedness motion is the output of the robot programme associated with robot simulation model. This provides the creativity of work to satisfy the required objective. The paper also focuses to help the research scholar preparing the mathematical model for forward kinematics of customized robot for industrial application.
