Abstract

In today's world, the changing environmental conditions of organizations make it difficult for these organizations to achieve success. The key to being successful is that organizations can comprehend the changing environmental conditions, keep up with these changes, and carry out continuous improvement efforts within the organization with all their employees. In the understanding of total quality management, it should be considered as taking precautions before making mistakes, instead of detecting and correcting mistakes that can be made depending on changing conditions after they occur. Organizations that continue their activities within the framework of this understanding can meet the needs of their customers and the environment and continue their existence by increasing the quality of their products and services. In this study, the principles and objectives of the concept of total quality management are examined, and the place and importance of these concepts in terms of organizations are touched upon. Keywords: Organization, Total Quality Management, Customer
