Influência da greve na qualidade de vida e qualidade de vida no trabalho de servidores públicos do setor administrativo de uma instituição de ensino superior do Paraná

Abstract

This study aims to compare the quality of life (QOL) and quality of work life (QWL) of public servants acting in the administrative sector in times of strike and without strike. The sample studied consisted of 50 servers in the administrative sector of a public higher education institution located in a municipality in the state of Paraná. The instruments used to measure QOL and QWL were, respectively, the WHOQOL-bref and TQWL-42. We concluded that there were no significant variations in both QOL and QWL between the two investigated periods.
