Requirements elicitation involves a process of understanding of the functional requirements and restrictions (Non-Functional Requirements - NFR) established by the stakeholders, which will be input to the other stages of software development. In this elicitation, the inclusion of NFR depends on the strategies to manage knowledge of stakeholders (stakeholders and elicitors) in order to generate high-quality software products. This document focuses on establishing the different flows of transformation of knowledge generated in the NFR elicitation process by integrating different components of knowledge management - KM. The core of the proposed transformation knowledge was valued by Focus Group technique and reporting experience with positive results for its implementation within the practices of organizations dedicated to software development.
