REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA E SUA POTENCIAL CONTRIBUIÇÃO EM “NEGÓCIOS, GERENCIAMENTO E CONTABILIDADE”

Abstract

A revisão sistemática apresenta contribuição metodológica para estudos organizacionais, aplicando métodos explícitos e sistematizados de busca gerando um processo de pesquisa replicável e transparente. Devido ao rigor, precisão e transparência que a técnica pode gerar às pesquisas em ciências sociais aplicadas, o estudo tem como objetivo analisar a evolução e o crescimento da utilização da técnica de revisão sistemática no contexto internacional, mais especificamente no agrupamento de “negócios, gerenciamento e contabilidade”. Para tal, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática em relação ao termo “systematic review” na base Scopus, utilizando o filtro “Business, Management and Accounting”. Como resultado foi identificado o crescimento do uso desta técnica no contexto internacional, sendo os EUA o país com o maior número de publicações. Além disso, observou-se que os autores pesquisados afirmam que a técnica traz contribuições pelo caráter retrospectivo, avaliação crítica, síntese de resultados, minimização de definições conflitantes relacionadas às investigações de determinados temas.Systematic review represents a methodological contribution to organizational research, using explicit and systematic search methods, generating a transparent, replicable process of investigation. Because of the rigor, accuracy and transparency that the technique can add to applied social science research, the present study has the objective of analyzing the evolution and growth of systematic review application in the international context, especially in “business, management and accounting”. To achieve this, a systematic review was performed regarding the term “systematic review” in the Scopus database, using the filter “business, management and accounting”. As a result, the growth of the systematic review in the international context was identified, in which the USA has the highest number of publications. Furthermore, the surveyed authors confirm that the technique brings contributions because of its retrospective nature, critical evaluation, summary of results, and minimization of conflicting definitions related to the investigation of certain topics.
