Abstract

Four sorbicillinoids (1-4) and seven bisorbicillinoids (5-11), including two new compounds, 6-demethylsorbicillin (1) and 10, 11-dihydrobisvertinolone (6), were isolated from a marine-derived fungus Trichoderma sp. Their cytotoxic activities against HL-60 cell line were evaluated by Sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay method and flow cytometric analysis. © 2009 Pharmaceutical Society of Japan.
