Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence and significance of the factors that affect the company's performance. This Research used the variables of Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Competitive Advantage and Corporate Performance which is used primary data from the distribution of online questionnaires. This research used in were 200 respondents who were represented several workers from PT Pertamina (Persero), an Indonesian State Mining Company, and 2 (two) Subsidiaries. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. This study uses a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this research indicate that Supply Chain Management, Risk Management and Competitive Advantage have a significant influence on Corporate Performance and Competitive Advantage has a significant influence in mediating Supply Chain Management and Risk Management on Corporate Performance.
