Penerapan Pewarnaan Graf untuk Menentukan Tujuan Wisata Kuliner Kota Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak. Wisata kuliner berkaitan erat dengan makanan, untuk setiap tempat berbeda pasti  memiliki makanan khas yang berbeda. Kota Bandung adalah kota yang memiliki  daya tarik wisata kuliner. Banyaknya jenis makanan dan banyaknya tempat makan membuat wisatawan kebingungan dan menggunakan banyak waktu hanya untuk memilih dan mencari tempat makan. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan cara untuk mendapat rekomendasi tempat makan. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk penyelesaian masalah tersebut adalah dengan pewarnaan graf. Metode yang digunakan untuk pewarnaan graf pada penelitian adalah Algoritma Welch-Powell yang merupakan pewarnaan berdasarkan derajat simpul pada graf. Hasil penelitian diperoleh sebuah graf sederhana, dengan rumah makan direpresentasikan sebagai simpul (vertex) dan jenis makanan sebagai sisi (edge) dengan perolehan warna pada pewarnaan graf tersebut adalah 11 warna yang menyatakan terdapat 11 rekomendasi tempat makan yang memiliki setidaknya satu jenis makanan. Abstract. Culinary travel is closely related to food, for every different place must have different  has a different specialty food. Bandung is a city that has  attraction of culinary tourism. The many types of food and the number of places to eat make tourists confused and use a lot of time just to choose and find a place to eat. choosing and looking for a place to eat. Therefore, a way to get recommendations for places to eat. One way that can be used to solving the problem is graph coloring. The method that used for graph coloring in research is the Algorithm Welch-Powell, which is a coloring based on the degree of vertices in the graph. which is a coloring based on the degree of vertices in the graph. The result of the research obtained a simple graph, with the restaurant represented as a vertex and the type of food as a vertex. vertex and the food menu as an edge with the acquisition of color in coloring the graph is 11 colors which states that there are 11 dining recommendations that have at least one type of food.
