Abstract
The Global Anticorruption Education and Training Project (ACET) was conceived, developed, and implemented to assist the poor and underprivileged in all countries of the world. The centerpiece of the ACET effort is the movie Ethicana. The final education and training products, installed on a commercially produced DVD, will contain the movie subtitled in 28 languages, a training guide, a train-the-trainer kit, and numerous other training materials designed to reduce corruption. The intent of ACET is to provide these products free of charge throughout the world in a concerted effort to reduce corruption in the engineering/construction industry. © 2009 ASCE.
