PENERAPAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING UNTUK PEMILIHAN PERUMAHAN

Abstract

Determination of housing which should be chosen by the consumer is influenced by many factors, including price, location, facilities, environmental, home design, and credibility. The process of selecting the housing becomes very important that prospective buyers do not make decisions wrong choice. In this research, the selection of load rating of housing based on four main factors that is used as a reference in the decision-making that is the price, location, design, and the environment, and support activities are processed by applying Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW). With this method we can make a choice or take a decision by determining the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process that will provide the best alternative from a number of alternatives, alternatives that have the highest weight value is an alternative option that has the highest priority value. Under this method will get results or rank (rank) that will be used as a reference in determining the decision.
