The objectives of this research is to evaluate the workload of the security officers working the night shift. This research using SOFI, NASA-TLX, Heart Rate and Energy Expenditure method. Results of this research prove that methods can used to determine the workload, with light categories. The Security officer experience fatigue after working 5 days consecutive, be marked the emergence of drowsiness. As a recommendation, a good of work shift rotation systems is shorter rotation system, i.e. 2 days of morning shift; 2 days of day shift; 2 days of nights shift, and 2 days off, with this rotation system, security officer will only experience a mild drowsiness.
