Abstract

The company and the employee have different interests, so that sometimes there is a conflict of rights and interests. Generally, there is a termination of employment in which there is a violation of the legal norms of labor materil. In formal jurisdiction, the parties are not allowed to conduct vigilante action (eigenrichting) with nuance of arbitrariness, but must be followed up through law enforcement. Conflict resolution between company and workers according to Law Number 2 Year 2004 in Makassar City must be done continuously in order to reduce the occurrence of conflict. Occurrence of work dispute conflicts in Makassar city due to dependent factors namely rights disputes, interest disputes, dismissal disputes.
