PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH, DANA ALOKASI UMUM DAN SISA LEBIH PEMBIAYAAN ANGGARAN TERHADAP PENGALOKASIAN BELANJA MODAL

Abstract

This research tries toidentify the ^ect ofeconomicgrowth, localgovernment original revenue, general allocation grant,andremaining balance oflocal govern ment budgetfor the yeart towards the allocation ofcapital expenditure budgetfor the year t+1. This research used secondary data drawn from municipal budget realization reportfor the year 2003-2005 thatwas published by Central Bureau of Statistic. We used 108localgovernments inJava as thesample ofresearch. Basedon regression analysis, the research shoivn theresidt that all independent variables, i.e. economic growth, local government original revenue, general allocation grant, andremaining balance oflocal government budgetfor the year t statistically sig nificant affect theallocation ofcapital expenditure budgetfor theyeart+1.It mean thatgovernment officialsforsomeextent considerpastyear data ofeconomicgrowth level, local government original revenue, general allocation grant,andthe remain ing balance ofbudget todetermine theallocation ofnextyearcapital expenditure budget.
