This study aims to determine student learning outcomes in the subject of Budget Plan by implementing building component teaching aids and ARCS learning model (attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction). This study uses a classroom action research (CAR) model. The research was conducted in three cycles. The subjects of this study involved several vocational school students in Sukoharjo. This research begins by identifying the problems that exist in the classroom, or known as doing pre-cycle. Next is Cycle I, this cycle contains planning activities in the form of learning preparation steps by applying the ARCS learning model and building component props. Meanwhile, actions, observations, and reflections were carried out in Cycle II and Cycle III. Based on the results of this study, the ARCS learning model and building component teaching aids can improve student learning outcomes referring to the observations during the implementation of the learning model which was carried out for three cycles. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a standard of innovation for the application of learning that is able to improve student academic learning outcomes
