Abstract
The social transformation of the industrial revolution 4.0 to society 5.0 had a negative impact on society. That can be seen from excessive use of gadgets, and there is much moral degradation in society. Learners who are agents of change are also affected by the effects of technology's negative effects. The purpose of this research is to analyze linked to the social transformation of society 5.0 through the perspective of his and the urgency of Islamic education in preventing the negative impact of the transformation of the 5.0 society. The study used the method of library research with data sources from books and some journals. The results of the study include: first, the social transformation of the 5.0 society in a great position to direct society toward smart society and to promote non-world interaction. Second, Islamic education is what is used as a guiding container, and helps one discover the potential within oneself to live in society. Third, the prophet hadiths view the social transformation of society 5.0 as a matter of fact, but as Muslims we can only take something useful from the change. Fourth, Islamic education has the capacity to instill the value and norms of religion in this 5.0 society so that one is not to be carried away with the negative effects of technological progress .
