Given that people spend a significant part of theirlives at work satisfaction levels must be high for them to perform. Thus, in this paper we set out to explore the complex relationship between job satisfaction and productivity to highlight how employee satisfaction impacts employee performance at the organizational level. The study sample consisted of 20 women and 16 men between the ages of 20 and 65. The study investigated 3 hypotheses that established a positive correlation between employee satisfaction and employee productivity at work.
