Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to provide information to help small business owners to identify potential employee fraud risks and improve their fraud prevention schemes. It states that small businesses have limited resources to combat employee fraud which often results in monetary loss, investigation expenses, and a negative impact on employees' productivity and morale. It discusses how to understand fraud risks and several ways to prevent it.
