Abstract
Intraperitoneal passage of human B-lymphoblastoid cell lines in nude mice was examined as a means of mycoplasma eradication. Recovery of viable cells from the mice was facilitated by immediate plating on feeder layers of human foreskin fibroblasts. In all cases, nude mouse passage for as little as 5 days was totally effective in removing all contaminating mycoplasma. © 1982.
