Abstract

AbstrakPolitik hukum HAM adalah kebijakan hukum HAM (Human Rights Legal Policy) tentang penghormatan (to respect), pemenuhan (to fulfill) dan perlindungan HAM (to protect). Kebijakan ini bisa dalam bentuk pembuatan, perubahan, pemuatan pasal-pasal tertentu, atau pencabutanperaturan perundang-undangan. Pemenuhan dan perlindungan HAM, meskipun telah diatur secara universal, namun praktiknya tetap sangat dipengaruhi oleh ideologi suatu negara bahkan kebijakan rezim pemerintah.Kata kunci: HAM, Politik Hukum, ideologi, kebijakanAbstractPolitics of Human Rights Law is a Human Rights Legal Policy on Respect (To Respect), Fulfill (To Fulfill) and Human Rights Protection (To Protect).
