Principios, leyes y categoría de la pedagogía

Abstract

The article analyzes the importance of pedagogy as a science for the study of human education and its transformation. Through the application of an observation guide to the Vicente Rocafuerte Educational Unit, it was concluded that pedagogy is the fundamental and indispensable basis for quality education and productivity. The principles mention the way of educating the student, the categories, the way of teaching and the laws, the interaction with the educational environment. It is concluded that teachers should be aware if the form of teaching used is appropriate according to the characteristics of the students; and the administrative staff, as a mediation center, if the planning proposed by the teacher is carried out in an effective manner.En el artículo se analiza la importancia de la pedagogía como ciencia para el estudio de la educación del ser humano y su transformación. Mediante la aplicación de una guía de observación a la Unidad Educativa Vicente Rocafuerte se llegó a la conclusión que la pedagogía es la base fundamental e indispensable para una educación de calidad y de productividad. Los principios mencionan la forma de educar al estudiante, las categorías el modo de enseñar y las leyes la interacción con el entorno educacional. Se concluye que los docentes deben tomar conciencia si la forma de enseñanza utilizada es la adecuada según las características de los estudiantes; y el personal administrativo, como centro de mediación, si la planificación propuesta por el docente es cumplida de una manera eficaz.
