Abstract
After the pandemic, tourism has fully recovered and China is actively promoting international exchanges. Building and studying a multilingual tourism data visualization platform is significant and helps promote sustainable development of tourism. By analyzing the real needs of inbound tourists, the main problems they face when traveling in China are scattered information, language barriers, and difficulty planning trips. Therefore, using Shanghai as a case, this study developed a service platform with many functions. The platform has modules like route recommendations, tourism trend display, multilingual guides, AI question-and-answer system, and travel log plaza. It provides a technical solution and an operation model to improve China’s inbound tourism services.
