PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI PENGAWAS SEKOLAH TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI PAUD

Abstract

The aims of this research to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision of school supervisors on the work discipline of teachers in learning. This research uses a quantitative approach with a closed questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Population is 81 respondent and sample in this research is 67 respondent. The feasibility test with validity test and reliability test. Data analysis uses simple linear regression. The results of this study is H 1 accepted, which means that the effect of the implementation supervision by school supervisors to discipline teachers' work in the learning with the effect of 52.1%.
