Abstract
– Human Resources (HR) is one of the keys to success in various business fields including in the digital era. The era of Society 5.0 is intellectual capital in HR and a key factor in the economic security of a business so that it can increase competitiveness. The objective of this study is to conduct a systematic literature review examining digital competence and human capital competitiveness within “micro, small, and medium enterprises”. The Scopus database is the source of the data. Data was collected using the keywords (digital AND competency) OR TITLE-ABS-KEY (human AND capital OR resources AND competitiveness). There are 1152 articles drawn from Scopus with the. The selection process used the PRISMA framework with inclusion and exclusion criteria. From the PRISMA framework 66 articles were further analyzed using VOSViewer. The study showed digital competence and human capital competitiveness research was widely conducted in Asia with quantitative research methods. This study found that innovation and intellectual capital are variables that are often used in digital competence and human capital competitiveness.
