Abstract

INTERVENTION: intavenous lipid emulsions will receive the standard treatment of acute antipsychotic toxicity CONDITION: ; Injury, Occupational Diseases, Poisoning Injury, Occupational Diseases, Poisoning PRIMARY OUTCOME: mortality SECONDARY OUTCOME: Improvement in GCS. ; Improvement of vital signs and ECG changes. ; Need for intubation. ; Duration of hospital stay. ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Patients (male or female) with moderate to severe acute antipsychotic poisoning according to poisoning severity score .
