Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, 2) examine and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance, 3) examine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance, 4) examine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance through motivation, 5) examine and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance through motivation. The research was conducted at the Tax Service Office (KPP) Madya Bekasi with a research sample of 51 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was an effect of work discipline on employee performance, 2) there was an influence of leadership style on employee performance, 3) there was an influence of motivation on employee performance, 4) motivation did not affect work discipline on employee performance, 5) motivation can be affect leadership style on employee performance. Leadership style has a greater influence than work discipline on employee performance.
