Abstract

This is the case of a patient with a pituitary tumour presenting initially with growth hormone deficiency and requiring treatment with human growth hormone. Eight years later represented with acromegaly. This sequence of events has not to my knowledge been reported previously. © The Fellowship of Postgraduate Medicine, 1988.
