Abstract
We describe a patient with chyluria due to abdominal Bancroftian Mfiariasis. The patient showed two unusual complications, an immune complex glomerulonephritis and a chronic urinary infection. We also discuss the use of the CT whole body scanner in the diagnosis and delineation of the extent of the disease. © 1983 The Fellowship of Postgraduate Medicine.
