Analysis of the Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of detection accuracy and precision requirements, the rapid development of modern detection technology, high-performance liquid chromatography with its high separation efficiency, high selectivity, high detection sensitivity, high accuracy of the advantages of a wide range of applications in many fields, is a qualitative and quantitative analysis technology. In this paper, the application of high performance liquid chromatography in food inspection, drug inspection and environmental monitoring is comprehensively described.
