Abstract

This article describes the relational dimension in the process of redesigning a municipal health plan during the pandemic. We used the SWOT Matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) to analyze the development of management strategies. The study is reported in the form of an experience report. The results showed the following main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, respectively: formation of a steering committee, work management, health education management and health communication. A conceptual map was created showing the relational dimension relative to each theme. It was concluded that the relational dimension of the municipal health plan prompted important reflections with intersubjective limitations, confirming the need for further research on the topic of health planning.
