Abstract

The study aims at assessing the levels of users’ satisfaction with services being provided by the Ekiti State University Library so as to identify weak areas and be able to improve on them. The opinions of categories of library users were sought for using questionnaires and personal interview with selected users. Findings reveal, among others, that there is need to create more awareness about some library services, and as well to intensify user orientation and education programme.
