Metodología para evaluar el orden y la limpieza en actividades industriales

Abstract

The efciency of industrial production or maintenance tasks, it is infuenced by many factors, having special relevance order and cleanliness, collected explicitly in legislation relating to safety. However, the order and cleanliness are not only parameters related to safety, but they are also tools for management of successful production, within which the 5S methodology has been developed, to improve productivity in any industrial sector. This article proposes a model for the improvement of job security from the evaluation of the order and cleanliness in the jobs. Is a model that has been implemented in chemical plants and which has allowed, in addition, serve as shock to stimulate workers in the improvement of occupational safety.
