Abstract

Summary: We present two Web interfaces that generate genetic maps for given sets of human or mouse microsatellite markers. The genetic maps are generated from available databases using linear interpolation of physical map distances to infer genetic map positions for missing markers in these databases. © Oxford University Press 2004; all rights reserved.
