Abstract

La logométrie entend prendre toute la mesure du discours grâce à l’articulation entre approche quantitative et approche qualitative, au sein de parcours interprétatifs explicites. La réflexion théorique sur la méthode est illustrée, pas à pas, par une étude de cas : l’usage du pronom démonstratif neutre dans le discours présidentiel français..Logometry's intent is to take the full measure of discourse through the coordination of quantitative and qualitative explorations into explicit interpretative pathways. Herein, we illustrate the theoretical paradigm of the method through the step-by-step case study of the use of the neutral demonstrative pronoun in french presidential discourse.
