Abstract

A case of Ramsay Hunt syndrome (dyssynergia cerebellaris myoclonica) is reported with a review of literature. There were a few variations from other reported cases, as late onset of the disease, which was in the third decade in this case, and marked phasic horizontal nystagmus. The latter finding has not been reported by other workers.
