Abstract
This study aims to determine the improvement of Civics learning outcomes for grade I students at SDN Banjarsugihan V/617, Surabaya by using blended learning-based guided inquiry learning. This research is a classroom action research that was carried out for two cycles conducted on 37 students of class I SDN Banjarsugihan V/617. Cycle I showed the completeness of student learning outcomes by 54%. In the second cycle, student learning outcomes get 92% results with an average value of 82.98. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the use of the application of blended learning-based guided inquiry learning can improve PKN learning outcomes for the daily activities of first-class students at SDN Banjarsugihan V./617 Surabaya in the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year.
