Abstract

A case is presented in which sonography provided the prenatal diagnosis of multicystic dysplastic kidney with contralateral renal agenesis in one sibling of a dichorionic, diamniotic twin gestation. To our knowledge, this anomaly has not been previously reported in this setting.
