Abstract

This study investigated the academic self-efficacy of physical education and sport school students. The research group consisted of 518 students. The research data was collected following the "Academic Self Efficacy Scale" principle. Results indicated that physical education and sport school students obtained high academic self efficacy scores. While no significant difference was observed with regard to gender, class level and sport branches with gender, a significant difference was observed when considering only sport branches. © Editorial Committee of Journal of Human Kinetics.
