Abstract

The object of the work now presented focuses on the protection of personal data in a globalized world where the rise of technology is the order of the day and which are one more element to consider when determining the participation of a certain subject in a criminal act. However, we must start from the sensitive nature of these collected data and their impact on our fundamental rights. In this work, we will refer especially to the right to the protection of personal data and the use of these in the criminal field.
