Abstract

Uncertainty about the shaping of the content industry business model, entrepreneurship opportunities brought by technology and working conditions in today’s market have allowed new media proposals to emerge in recent years in response to the personal and professional development of many workers. This research, under the case study, analyzes the business model based on the travel narrative developed by producer and writer Miquel Silvestre, director and presenter of Diario de un Nómada. Based on the theoretical reference of the CANVAS strategic business plan, the success factors of its business model are identified as a proposal that can be extrapolated to other ventures that contribute to the strengthening of the communication industry.
