Abstract

In early decades in India, teaching profession is the one of the peaceful and stress free profession among all others. Now a days, the trends are changing day by day based on the so many factors affected their stress free work environment. Teachers are the vital role to create the next generation for the bright country. Due to several changes in the teaching environment, stress factors are increasing rapidly. It will affect the growth of the young generation. To overcome the above issues, in this work identified the few important stress factors and finding their determination of the ranks based on the factors. For the determination of the ranks Fuzzy analytical Hierarchy Process methodology used.
