Abstract

Back is an excellent donor site for flaps. The toracodorsal perforator flap, based on cutaneous vessels from toracodorsal artery and vein that pass through Latissimus Dorsi muscle, is a modified conventional musculocutaneous Latissimus Dorsi flap that allows easier movility and a volume reduction. This flap can be used both, free flap or island flap. We present the anatomy, dissection and applications of this flap.
