Abstract

Many patients with Parkinson's disease are depressed. The patient described here, who was on amitriptyline, suffered a hypertensive crisis shortly after being given Sinemet (levodopa and carbidopa) and metoclopramide. © 1977, British Medical Journal Publishing Group. All rights reserved.
