Abstract

The study focuses on the relationship between prayer and emotional regulation. It emphasizes the importance of fostering a humble mindset and positive thinking, which in turn can enhance mental health. The research suggests that spiritual practices like prayer can act as effective tools for emotional regulation, providing valuable insights into how they contribute to better mental health outcomes. The findings highlight the significance of prayer in promoting emotional acceptance and resilience. However, further exploration is needed, particularly in terms of understanding cultural and neurological influences on the effectiveness of prayer in emotional regulation. Despite its narrow scope, this study underscores the potential of prayer as a tool for improving emotional and mental health across different cultural contexts.
