Objective of research was to know the effect of herbicide doses paraquat diklorida 276 g/L to weed growth on sugarcane crops. The experiment was conducted in Rajawali II sugar factory Dompyong village district Cirebon. Experiment using group randomized design with six treatment and four replication, the treatment being teste is a) herbicide Paraquat Diklorida 276 g/l dose 1.5 L/ha, b) herbicide Paraquat Diklorida 276 g/l dose 2.0 L/ha, c) herbicide Paraquat Diklorida 276 g/l dose 2.5 L/ha, d) herbicide Paraquat Diklorida 276 g/Ll dose 3.0 L/ha, e) manual weeding and f) control. Difference between tasted by using F test and for further test used Duncan multiplication test at level 5%. Experimental result show that herbicida Paraquat diklorida 276 g/l starting dose 1.5 l/ha until 3 l/ha can suppress Fimbristylis miliacea (L.) weed, Leptochloa chinensis (L.), Ludwegia octovalvis (jacq.), and total weeds until observation eight weeks after application, while Echinochloa colonum L weeds were suppresed until four weeks after application. Application Paraquat diklorida 276 g/l herbicide from dose of 1.5 g/l-3.0 g/l did not cause poisoning in sugar cane, so that the the sugar cane show optimum .
